PROSPECTIVE STUDIO is a full-service architecture, planning, and design firm located in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Founded in 2018 by architect Craig Chamberlain, AIA, NCARB, CID, the practice focuses on assisting non-profit organizations, renovating and expanding existing residential and commercial building stock, historic preservation, and new residential and commercial development.
The mission of PROSPECTIVE STUDIO is to offer high-quality architecture, planning, and design services to clients who are looking to make an impact and better the condition of communities throughout Kentucky, by implementing best practices developed over many years of experience. Our goal is to do the best we can, to help our clients create meaningful projects, which will lead to positive and lasting effects on everyone who interacts with them.
PROSPECTIVE STUDIO is a small architectural practice, with Craig Chamberlain, AIA, NCARB, CID, as the sole proprietor and principal architect. With PROSPECTIVE STUDIO, you’re not getting a large company who’s attention is stretched thin by several projects or a Principal Architect or Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing multiple projects or employees. The projects that PROSPECTIVE STUDIO takes on are the projects for which we feel the most passionate. The value we can provide to our clients is our full attention and efficiency in the design, construction documentation, and construction administration processes.
