Craig Chamberlain, AIA, NCARB, CID

Founder / Principal Architect

Craig Chamberlain, AIA, NCARB, CID, is the founder and principal architect of Prospective Studio, located in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. With over eight years of experience in the architecture profession, Craig has experience and expertise in a wide variety of project types. This experience includes new construction and renovation projects of K-12 education, collegiate, civic, commercial, institutional, healthcare, residential, and sports facilities.

Craig grew up in Maysville, Kentucky, attended the University of Kentucky’s College of Design in Lexington, Kentucky, and now practices architecture throughout Kentucky. Craig has a deep understanding of the communities within the state and a desire to help them improve the built condition in their areas. His desire to make positive and lasting change for the betterment of communities is the driving force behind Prospective Studio.

Craig strives for efficiency in the design, workflow, and communication; to be a collaborator with the client to ensure the achievement of their vision; and to be a good steward of the client’s resources, both in time and budget. These traits lead to a successful project, both for the client and Prospective Studio.
