Industrial Building Renovation

This Lexington, Kentucky, industrial warehouse, shipping, and office building required several front-of-house improvements.

The façade is original but made up of several additions from years of expansion. The exterior design sought to modernize the façade while retaining the building's industrial characteristics and adding a new accessible entrance.

The interior renovations include an open layout office and reception space on the first floor and renovations to the existing restrooms. The restroom renovations will showcase some products the business sells and ships. The second-floor renovations include expanding the office space onto an existing mezzanine, creating an open office layout, and providing more exterior lighting.
