Pavilion and Park Planning

A preliminary planning and conceptual design phase established the layout and design of a future park behind the Mason County Public Library in Maysville, Kentucky, including a new pavilion/picnic shelter.

In addition to the pavilion/picnic shelter, the park layout includes a walking loop, pickleball courts, a volleyball court, picnic tables, park benches, a boardwalk, and a canoe/kayak launch dock.

The pavilion/picnic shelter has stone bases at each column location, heavy timber structural elements, decorative outdoor connection hardware, tongue-and-groove roof decking, and a metal roof that matches the nearby library building.
